Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old; 2. Diagnosis of prostate cancer by pathology and progress in imaging assessment (mCRPC, nmCRPC, mHSPC); 3. The patient received the new endocrine therapy for prostate cancer for the first time for more than 1 month; 4. Agree to follow all study procedures and sign an informed consent form; 5. Life expectancy >=3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous use of novel endocrine therapies included abiraterone, apatamide, darotamide, and enzalutamide; 2. Ra-223 was previously used; 3. History of previous adrenal disease.
