Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for acute exacerbation of COPD and need to be hospitalized; 2. Patients who have been diagnosed with COPD for more than 1 year and have received stable COPD treatment; 3. The age is 40~80 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The main exclusion criteria for patients are pregnancy, cognitive impairment, severe irreversible organ failure, malignant tumor, active pulmonary tuberculosis (TB), interstitial lung disease (ILDs) or other lung diseases (except AECOPD); 2.Patients with untreated pneumothorax, severe giant bullae, pulmonary hypertension, active hemoptysis and other diseases are not suitable for pulmonary function testing; 3. Grade 4 for mMRC, the scope of activities is limited to the family, and those who cannot go out for medical treatment.
