Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients met the Rome ? functional constipation diagnostic criteria, the average number of spontaneous defecation (SCBM) per week was less than 2 times in the 6 months before admission, and more than 25% of the defecation time had at least one of the following manifestations: hard and dry stool, feeling of incomplete defecation, defecation difficulty, feeling of anal obstruction, and need for manual assistance in defecation; 2. Long medical history seriously affects the quality of life of patients, or the course of disease is short but repeatedly causes bezoolith obstruction; 3. Failed to respond to regular medical and biofeedback treatment; 4. Colon organic lesions (tumor, inflammatory bowel disease, etc.) were excluded by colonoscopy; 5. Preoperative modified colonic transport test, defecography and rectal and anal manometry were performed to confirm the diagnosis; 6. Patients signed informed consent and treatment voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with intestinal organic diseases or anorectal diseases; 2. Combined with uncontrollable cardiovascular, liver, lung, and kidney diseases or dysfunction and clinically significant abnormal detection indicators; 3. Unwilling to accept surgery.
