20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients meeting the criteria for diagnosing chronic insomnia; 2. Between the ages of 18 and 70; 3. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score >7; 4. Patients with good communication and cognitive function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age70 years; 2. Secondary sleep disorders; 3. Patients with hepatorenal dysfunction, cardiopulmonary, cerebrovascular, and psychiatric disorders; 4. Alcohol or drug addiction; 5. Severe visual, hearing, or verbal communication impairment; 6. Patients who have received sedative-hypnotics or antianxiety, depression, or other antipsychotic drugs in the past 4 weeks; 7. Patients with known severe hemostatic abnormalities, buccal infection, or acupuncture syncope; 8. Patients Refusing cheeks acupuncture therapy.
