Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient signed the informed consent voluntarily; 2. Aged 18 years or older; 3. The patient underwent cardiac surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A previous history of neurological disease and mental illness; 2. The MMSE score is less than 24; 3. He had a history of brain surgery, cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction; 4. Communication disorders (speech disorders, severe visual or hearing impairments); 5. Surgery for congenital heart disease; 6. Deep hypothermic circulatory arrest surgery.
