Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-60 years old gender not limited 2. Meet the DSM-5 (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th edition) diagnostic criteria for anxiety disorders; 3. Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMD) score of 14 or more, and for the first time, not taking any anti-anxiety medication; 4. junior high school or above education level; 5. Understand the study content, willing to join this study, patient or patient's family Sign the written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other serious mental disorders that meet DSM-5 diagnostic criteria including organic psychotic disorder schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, alcohol dependence, and drug dependence/abuse; 2. Patients with hypertensive disorders with poorly controlled blood pressure (SBP = 140 mmHg or DBP >= 90 mmHg at screening and baseline visits); 3. Patients with severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal insufficiency, metabolic disorders; 4. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 5. Those who have a significant change in mask wearing pattern within a short period of time; 6. Those who cannot provide informed consent.
