Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Imaging examination showed lung space occupying lesions; 2. The surgical indication conforms to the Chinese 2021 version of the lung nodule diagnosis and treatment guidelines; 3. The age is 30-80y; 4. The condition is stable and approved by the attending physician; 5. The compliance of the two groups of patients was good, and they could successfully cooperate to complete the intervention treatment; 6. Sign the informed consent form when the patient and the patient's family are informed and voluntary.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious complications after surgical treatment; 2. The primary disease has a sharp deterioration or important organ metastasis; 3. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Those with cognitive impairment or psychosis (MMSE score<27); 5. There is active bleeding tendency and coagulation dysfunction (biochemical index platelet<100x10^9).
