Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Preterm infants with gestational age =18 years old; 3. The parents of premature infants are the main family caregivers after discharge; 4. Parents of premature infants have basic language communication and reading and writing abilities; 5. Parents of premature infants were informed and agreed to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Premature infants are born with congenital malformations, genetic metabolic diseases or severe complications; 2. Premature infants need surgical treatment or invasive ventilator treatment; 3. The father or mother of premature infants suffers from infectious diseases or mental and psychiatric diseases; 4. Parents of premature infants are experiencing other traumatic events in their families; 5. Premature babies or one of their parents are being studied in other studies.
