Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with VA-ECMO who were admitted to the multi-center ICU unit from January 2012 to October 2022.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. VA-ECMO duration < 2 days; 2.Patients who give up treatment midway due to the patient's own reasons; 3.Patients with liver failure; 4.Patients with malignant tumor; 5.Patients younger than 18 years old.
