Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the clinical diagnostic criteria for chronic low back pain; 2. VAS score >= 5 points before treatment; 3. March <= course of disease <= December; 4. Age 18-60 years old; 5. Know and understand the content of this research and sign the relevant informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous low back surgery; 2. Patients with severe trauma or systemic diseases; 3. Patients with local skin infection; 4. Patients with rheumatic diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis; 5. Pregnant (or preparing to become pregnant) women, lactation; 6. Those suffering from mental illness or intellectual disability who cannot cooperate with treatment; 7. The investigator believes that other reasons are not suitable for participating in the study.
