Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The age of 18-75 years old for colonoscopy is not limited to gender; 2. Use 3-4L PEG according to the guidelines, use antifoam agents, and take auxiliary drugs for intestinal preparation; 3. Withdrawal time >= 6min (excluding biopsy time), with pictures to prove; 4. Principle of case entry: continuous reporting, fixed machine and fixed person, avoiding selective data entry.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of acute myocardial infarction (within 6 months), severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction, or mental illness; 2. People who are taking aspirin, warfarin, and other anticoagulants, or have coagulation dysfunction; 3. Patients with inflammatory bowel disease and familial intestinal polyposis; 4. Those who are participating in other clinical observation trials or have participated in other clinical trials within 60 days.
