Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria of healthy elderly: 1. age >= 60 years; 2. Have the ability of independent activities, basic physical and mental health, and live in the community; 3. Normal cognitive function; 4. No history of important organ diseases; 5. No history of mental illness or epilepsy; 6. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form. Inclusion criteria for stroke patients with hemiplegia: 1. Conform to the diagnostic criteria for stroke formulated by the Fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases of the Chinese Medical Association in 1995, and confirmed by cranial CT or MRI; 2. Age = 60 years old; 3. Stable condition, normal cognition (MMSE>24), can accept continuous instructions; 4. The single leg support time of the hemiplegic side is less than 3 seconds; 5. Able to stand independently without assistance for more than 60 seconds; ? Sign the informed consent form. Inclusion criteria for Parkinson's patients: 1. The diagnosis of primary PD was determined according to the 2013 European Union of Neurology PD Diagnostic Guidelines; 2. The Hoehn Yahr (HY) grade of the patients was 1-3, and they could walk independently; 3. Normal cognitive ability, no obvious hearing and visual impairment; 4. Be able to cooperate with the experiment and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for healthy elderly: 1. having bone joint and muscle diseases or injuries that affect walking; 2. Serious hypertension and heart disease; 3. People with mental illness and cognitive language hearing impairment. Exclusion criteria for stroke patients with hemiplegia: 1. severe organic diseases such as fracture, malignant hypertension, malignant tumor, etc; 2. Moderate or more limb pain and visual impairment affecting standing balance; 3. Lateral spatial neglect or hemianopsia; 4. Cerebellar lesions or brain stem lesions affecting bilateral limb functions; 5. Serious mental illness; Exclusion criteria for Parkinson's patients: 1. various Parkinson's syndromes secondary to fractures, tumors, cerebrovascular diseases, drugs and hydrocephalus, 2. skeletal muscle diseases and cerebrovascular diseases that have affected standing balance function; 3. There were acute cerebrovascular diseases screened by skull imaging examination; 4. Heart failure, coronary heart disease, severe hypertension and other serious medical diseases; 5. Personnel who cannot cooperate under other circumstances.
