Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20-70 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for MPS in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Myofascial Pain Syndrome: meet 5 major criteria and at least 1 minor criterion: Main criteria: (1) The chief complaint of regional pain; (2) Paresthesia in the expected distribution area of the main complaint of pain or the trigger point referred pain; (3) The affected muscle can reach the tension band; (4) A point in the tension zone is a sharp point-like tenderness; (5) At the time of measurement, there was some degree of movement limitation. Secondary criteria: (1) Recurrent clinical pain or paresthesia of the main complaint of tenderness points; (2) Palpation of banded area induces local convulsive reaction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women or those trying to become pregnant; 2. Radiation-induced pain in the upper/lower extremities due to disc herniation; 3. Spinal infection, fracture and tumor; 4. Active period of rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis; 5. Have received biological therapies such as stem cells in the past year; 6. Steroid injection within 1 month; 7. Taking systemic immunosuppressive drugs within the past year; 8. Taking anti-rheumatic drugs in the past 3 months; 9. Have received needle-knife therapy, Chinese herbal medicine and other treatments in the past 3 months; 10. Have received acupuncture, cupping and other treatments in the past 2 weeks; 11. Complicated cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, such as myocardial infarction, heart failure, uncontrolled hypertension (180/90mmHg), stroke, TIA, kidney, liver and other organ failure, etc.; 12. Infectious diseases such as tuberculosis, HIV, hepatitis and syphilis; 13. Unexplained fever > 38.0?; 14. Participate in drug and device research within one year; 15. is participating in litigation; 16. A history of alcohol and drug abuse; 17. Moderate to severe anxiety, depression and other mental illness; 18. Unable to understand Mandarin and Chinese characters.
