Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The diagnostic criteria for both PCOS and insulin resistance were met; 2. Between 20 and 40 years old; 3. Voluntary signing of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclude hyperandrogenemia caused by other causes, such as Cushing syndrome, delayed congenital adrenal hyperplasia, androgen-secreting ovarian and adrenal tumors, and other diseases leading to ovulation dysfunction, such as pituitary or hypothalamic amenorrhea, hyperprolactinemia, premature ovarian failure, etc.; 2. diabetes, thyroid dysfunction and other endocrine diseases, autoimmune diseases, malignant tumors; 3. Received PCOS-related treatment within 3 months, including short-acting contraceptives, anti-androgens, ovulation promoting drugs or ovarian perforation surgery; 4. Pregnancy or lactation period.
