Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathological diagnosis of colorectal cancer; 2. Aged >=18 years; 3. The patients identified their own conditions and agreed to participate in the study; 4. No habit of listening to music (listening to music 5-7 days a week for more than 12 minutes a day or listening to music for more than 1.5 hours a week); 5. Have CRCI (with the "Perceived Cognitive Impairment" dimension score of the Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Cognitive Function Scale being less than 60 points).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with obvious auditory, visual and language impairment affecting cognitive function test; 2. His condition is critical; 3. Patients with other non-colorectal cancers, cancer brain metastases, head injuries, mental diseases, neurodegenerative diseases; 4. Serious organic diseases such as heart, liver and kidney; 5. Receive other interventions within 6 months.
