Gold Standard:Thrombosis or occlusion of the distal abdominal trunk (including abdominal aorta, iliac artery and lower limb artery below the abdominal trunk) was diagnosed by CTA or arteriography.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Selection criteria of disease group: 1. Newly admitted patients diagnosed as arterial plaque, stenosis or occlusion 2. Age: 18 -70, male or female. 3. No recent operation or infection. Selection criteria of control group: 1. People who have been healthy in the past, have no medication, surgery, severe infection, pregnancy, etc. 2. All physical examination items such as routine hematuria, liver and kidney function, blood lipid, blood sugar, nail function, hormones, blood pressure, electrocardiogram, X-ray or CT chest film, abdominal B-ultrasound (female gynecological B-ultrasound) and lung function are normal.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. having a history of mental illness, unable to express themselves or refusing to participate voluntarily. 2. The patient was complicated with diabetes. 3. The patient was complicated with obesity, with body mass index (BMI) > 30kg/m2. 4. The patient has a history of long-term use of hormone/nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, etc.
