Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. It meets the diagnostic criteria for colorectal cancer and has indications for laparoscopic surgery 2. Complete clinical data, age>65, BMI<35Kg/m 2 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists Grade ? - ? 4. The patient himself agrees and signs the study consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pulmonary infection, pulmonary abscess, COPD, asthma, pulmonary hypertension and other respiratory diseases existed within 1 month before operation 2. Previous patients with diaphragm paralysis, cervical spinal cord injury, sepsis, neuromuscular junction disease and external diaphragm pacemaker treatment 3. Thoracic trauma, severe cardiac and renal dysfunction 4. Combined with other malignant tumors, connective tissue diseases, immune system diseases and other systemic chronic diseases
