Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children who planned to undergo bronchoalveolar lavage in Liaocheng People's Hospital from January 2023 to June 2025;Age: 1~12 years old, ASA grade I ~III; Agree to sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children with severe organic diseases; Children with preoperative tracheal intubation; Children with abnormal coagulation; Children with liver and kidney insufficiency; Children with a history of opioid abuse; Children with mental illness; Children with history of diabetes and hypertension
