Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Conforming to the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine for stroke and depression; 2. Age: 18-80 years old; 3. Stable vital signs, clear awareness, basic expression and communication skills, and able to accept the scale evaluation; 4. The course of disease is more than 2 weeks; 5. The patients with mild and moderate depression whose total score of Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) is>8,<35, and SDS score is between 53 and 72; 6. The patient or family member agreed to participate in the study and voluntarily signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have serious suicidal tendencies; 2. Those with unstable vital signs or mental diseases such as schizophrenia and mania; 3. Patients with severe heart, liver and kidney failure, malignant tumor and other diseases; 4. Those who have obvious hearing, language and cognitive impairment and cannot cooperate with physical examination and evaluation.
