65 Years to 99 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 65-85 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Class II - III 3. Selective laparoscopic abdominal surgery under general anesthesia 4. The operation time is more than 2 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Those suffering from mental illness or taking antipsychotic drugs, 2) Those who are unable to conduct neuropsychological test due to severe impairment of hearing, vision and language system functions 3) Determine/suspect abuse or long-term (>= 7 days) use of narcotic sedatives and analgesics; 4) Patients with cognitive impairment in preoperative evaluation [i.e., MMSE reference cut-off value: illiterate (uneducated) group 6 years) group <= 26 points] 5) Preoperative evaluation of delirium patients with fuzzy consciousness assessment (CAM) 6) Refuse to join the researcher
