Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for critical COVID-19 infection and oligo-chilling. 2. Be at least 18 years old and of any gender. 3. Acute onset, the course of the disease is within 3 days. 4. Expected ICU stay is more than 7 days. 5. Obtain the informed consent of the guardian and volunteer to take the test.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have participated in other clinical trials. 2. Pregnancy or lactation. 3. Patients with disseminated tumors or tumors receiving chemotherapy and other special treatments. 4. Unstable angina/acute myocardial infarction, heart rate < 50 beats/min, second-degree and above conduction block. 5. The systolic blood pressure of the two vasoactive drugs used within 2 hours before the start of the study still < 90mmHg. 6. Gastrointestinal dysfunction cannot be given Chinese medicine through the gastrointestinal tract. 7. Those who are allergic to Chinese medicine or cannot tolerate Chinese medicine.
