Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The age range is 18 to 85 years old; 2. It meets the diagnostic criteria of acute pancreatitis; 3. Patients diagnosed with acute pancreatitis for the first time; 4. Agree and sign the informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. under 18 or over 58 years old; 2. Recurrent episodes of acute pancreatitis; 3. chronic pancreatitis;4. Previous pancreatic surgery; 5. Previous pancreatic exocrine insufficiency; 6. A history of small bowel disease associated with the risk of malabsorption; 7. Pancreatic cystic fibrosis; 8. Patients who died during or after hospitalization; 9. Refuse to sign informed consent
