Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. meeting the diagnostic of COPD, GOLD grade 2 to 3, stable stage. 2. meeting the diagnostic criteria of lung kidney qi yin deficiency syndrom. 3. age 40 to 80 years old, male or female. 4. voluntarily accept the treatment and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who do not meet the above-mentioned Western diagnostic, grading and staging diagnostic and TCM diagnostic criteria. 2. Chronic cough that is confirmed by examination to be caused by tuberculosis, fungi, tumors, irritant gas allergy, etc. 3. Patients with other respiratory diseases that can cause shortness of breath or dyspnea. 4. Pregnant or lactating women, those allergic to tiotropium bromide and mealybug asthma capsules. 5. patients with combined serious primary diseases of the cardiovascular, hepatic, renal and hematopoietic systems, psychiatric patients. 6. patients with serious cardiac insufficiency.
