Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with depression Five or more days of self-injury within a year, but no suicidal ideation or attempt; 12-18 years of age; No organic disease such as encephalitis, meningitis, or traumatic brain injury; No major psychiatric illnesses such as major depression, schizophrenia, dysthymia, etc; No contraindications to EEG (scalp trauma, inability to sit still).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe somatic, infectious and immune system disorders Patients with severe neurological disorders, mental retardation or organic brain disease; those who have received electroconvulsive therapy within the last 3 months with a history of previous seizures. Those assessed as unsuitable for cTBS treatment and those who are unable to complete the relevant index collection.
