Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. The gestational age is 37 weeks or more; 3. Singleton gestation; 4. Scheduled cesarean delivery, 5. The patients who signed the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. placenta previa,placenta accreta, placenta abruption,Significant maternal anemia (Hgb <=70g/l) , Maternal coagulopathy,Patients with severe cardiovascular diseases or other serious medical conditions; 2. fetal distress,FGR with abnormal Dopplers,Severe fetal anomalies,Known fetal anemia; 3. Allergies to oxytocin 4. General anesthesia is required
