Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: In accordance with the National Health Commission issued the "Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia diagnosis and Treatment Protocol (10th edition)" on the diagnosis of severe COVID-19, with clinical manifestations of novel coronavirus infection; Positive for COVID-19 nucleic acid test, positive for antigen test, positive for isolation and culture of COVID-19, or the level of virus-specific IgG antibody in the recovery phase is four times or more than that in the acute phase. And meet any of the following criteria: shortness of breath, RR>= 30 times/min; In the resting state, oxygen saturation of finger is less than 93% when sucking air; Arterial partial oxygen pressure (PaO2)/ oxygen absorption concentration (FiO2) 50% within 24-48 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Asymptomatic, mild or medium-sized infected persons; Pregnant or lactating women; People who are allergic to the drugs in "Feiduqing" and allergic to the constitution; Patients with serious underlying diseases such as malignant tumor, cirrhosis, chronic renal failure (uremic stage), blood system diseases, HIV, etc.; Pulmonary neoplasms caused obstructive pneumonia, pulmonary interstitial fibrosis, alveolar proteinosis, allergic alveolitis; Long-term use of hormones, immunosuppressive drugs; Severe mental illness or inability to cooperate with researchers
