Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age of 18-85 years old; 2. receiving cardiac surgery under CPB or ECMO support; 3. SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid positive nasopharyngeal or oropharyngeal swabs within 72 hours before receiving CPB or ECMO; 4. Informed consent was signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. participated in other intervention studies within 1 month and had a great impact on this study; 2. Allergic to CPB or ECMO circuits; 3. expected survival time less than 24 hours; 4. patients with other conditions deemed by the investigators to be unsuitable for enrollment.
