Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ONFH confirmed by intra-operative pathologic, 2. the surgical procedure was either the light-bulb procedure or the Phemister procedure, 3. no history of other hip preservation surgical treatment, 4. completeness and availability of follow-up data and clinical characteristics, follow-up >3 years without losing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who didnt follow non–weight bearing advice early postoperative, 2. cases where radiomics analysis cant be performed because of the poor quality of CT imaging.
