Interventions

Low risk group of fracture:Active health/bone health basic supplements (calcium and vitamin D)/TCM treatment
High risk group of fracture:Oral alendronate therapy/oral risephosphate therapy/denosumab therapy/intravenous bisphosphonate therapy
Very high risk group of fracture:Teriparatide sequential oral alendronate sodium treatment/teriparatide sequential oral risephosphate sodium treatment/teriparatide sequential oral denosumab treatment/

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age =50 years old; 2. DXA results met the diagnostic criteria of osteopenia or osteoporosis; 3. no previous effective anti-osteoporosis treatment; 4. no definite diseases leading to secondary osteoporosis; 5. Signed informed consent and volunteered to participate in the study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients received bisphosphonates, denosumab, teriparatide and other potent anti-osteoporosis drugs in the past 2 years; 2. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction, tumor; 3. The use of anti-osteoporosis drugs in this study is clearly contraindicated; 4. Use of drugs affecting bone metabolism for more than 3 months in the past year;
