Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 years of age or older 2. all patients who were diagnosed with lung cancer, cervical cancer, esophagus cancer, head and neck cancer by imaging and histopathology; 3. with no chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or surgery before randomization; 4. Benign diseases of lung, esophagus, cervix, head and neck, such as pneumonia, Esophagitis and benign gynecological diseases, etc. 5. The healthy controls had no malignant tumor, benign tumor or other benign diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. abnormal liver and kidney function; 2. with other malignancies; 3. with skin disease.
