Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients (age>= 60 years old) 2. Diagnosed with any of the following: new coronavirus infection, pneumonia, viral pneumonia, severe pneumonia, etc 3. Positive nucleic acid/antigen test for novel coronavirus pneumonia (or history of new coronavirus infection within 1 month) 4. Estimated length of hospital stay>= 48 hours 5. Voluntary participation in the whole process of this research
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are unable to communicate or cooperate with the researcher normally due to severe deafness or severe cognitive dysfunction 2. Have a mental disorder
