Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age < 45 years old; 2. Endometrial <= 0.7cm indicated by vaginal ultrasound during ovulation; 3. Intrauterine adhesions; 4. Secondary infertility due to thin endometrium, patients with frozen embryo transfer cycle cancellation, Patients with repeated embryo transfer failures; 5. patients signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Various serious chronic systemic diseases; 2. Liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Patients with chromosomal abnormalities; 4. Congenital uterine malformation; 5. Severe adenomyosis; 6. Pregnancy contraindications; 7. Arteriovenous History of thrombosis; 8. History of hormone-dependent malignant tumors; 9. Patients with history of pelvic radiotherapy; 10. Patients who cannot cooperate with the study.
