Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The subjects voluntarily joined the study and signed the informed consent form; Age 18-65 years old; Imaging showed lesions in cerebellopontine angle, acoustic neuroma was considered clinically; the surgical indications were clear and the patient and his/her family agreed to surgical treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with neurofibromatosis; Patients with recurrence of acoustic neuroma; Patients with a history of brain surgery in and around the cerebellopontine angle; Patients with previous facial and cochlear nerve dysfunction; Patients with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney dysfunction and other complications; Other clinicians judge that it is not suitable for clinical researche.
