Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. primary Angle closure (PAC) or primary angle-closure glaucoma (PACG) (the diagnostic criteria referred to the Chinese Glaucoma Guidelines (2020), and the PAC classification system was launched by ISGEO in 2002); And age =18 years old. 2. had not received any previous laser or surgical treatment (excluding medical treatment) related to glaucoma. 3. understand and agree to participate in this study, be willing to accept follow-up, and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with concurrent active uveitis, endophthalmitis and other ocular inflammations 2. primary open Angle glaucoma (POAG) and secondary glaucoma caused by various causes 3. acute primary angle-closure glaucoma
