Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for cerebrovascular disease established by the 4th National Cerebrovascular Academic Conference, with cerebral infarction or cerebral haemorrhage confirmed by CT or MRI. 2. Initial onset, duration of illness between 2 weeks and 6 months. 3. Consciousness is clear and vital signs are stable. 4. 25 - 65 years old. 5. Edinburgh Sharpshooter Questionnaire test for right-handedness, primary school education or above. 6. Presence of hemiparesis, hemiplegic functional rating Brunnstrom >= stage II and =25 points. 9. Can work with 30min motor imagery training. 10. Voluntary participation in the experiment and signing of the "informed consent" form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe speech, attention, auditory, visual, intellectual, mental or cognitive impairment (MMSE score = 27 on the Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-24), requiring pharmacological and psychotherapeutic intervention. 3. Those with a history of epilepsy. 4. Severe spasm or pain with a pain visualanaloguescale (VAS) score >5. 5. Severe comorbidities, infections, unstable vital signs. 6. People who are addicted to alcohol or drugs. 7. Unable to cooperate for any reason in completing a full training and assessment.
