Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 60 patients who planned to undergo total hip replacement in our hospital from January 2023 to June 2025; 2. Those aged 65-80, weighing 50-70 kg, regardless of gender; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-III; 4. No obvious abnormal heart rhythm, no history of mental illness; 5. Voluntarily participate in the research and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have contraindications or allergies to any drug in the study; 2. Patients with neurological and muscle diseases of the lower extremities; 3. Those who are difficult to cooperate with the completion of the research process; 4. The puncture site is infected or the anatomical structure cannot be identified under ultrasound or the body surface positioning point cannot be clearly defined; 5. Those with coagulation dysfunction; 6. Hip fractures caused by metastatic cancer; 7. Patients with multiple and multiple traumas; 8. Infected persons in the injection area; 9. Those with severe cognitive impairment; 10. Have a history of Alzheimer's disease, stroke and mental illness; 11. Severe vision or hearing impairment.
