Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The COVID-19 infection has been confirmed or is highly suspected in the clinic; 2. >=18 years of age; 3. Oxygen inhalation through various forms of respiratory support; 4. Endotracheal intubation was not performed; 5. Bed rest; 6. Clear consciousness; 7. Volunteer to join this researcher.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe hemodynamic instability; 2. Increased intracranial pressure; 3. Acute hemorrhagic disease; 4. Cervical and spinal injuries need to be fixed; 5. Restricted postural position after orthopedic surgery; 6. Limited postures for recent abdominal operations; 7. Severe ventral burn; 8. Pregnant women; 9. Postoperative facial trauma; 10. Severe arrhythmia.
