Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical symptoms include frequent urination, urgency, difficulty in urination, and increased nocturia; 2. BPH was confirmed by suprapubic ultrasound; 3. Urodynamic examination before operation showed that detrusor pressure during urination was less than 30 cmH2O, which was diagnosed as bladder contraction weakness; 4. IPSS>15 points. 5. Age 50 and above 6. Sign informed consent voluntarily

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. PSA > 4 µ Patients with g/L and hard prostate texture were diagnosed as prostate cancer by prostate puncture biopsy; 2. Patients with urethral stricture or deformity.
