Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. After a concise international neuropsychiatric interview (MINI), it meets the current diagnostic criteria for unipolar depressive disorder in DSM-IV; 2. Age 12-20 years old, gender and culture are not limited; 3. Subjects can come to the outpatient clinic every 2 weeks for 4 times; 4. The subject and his family agree to participate in this study and sign a written informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other psychotic symptoms or comorbidities 2. Patients with psychotic symptoms and suicidal tendencies. 3. Poor cognitive status
