Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly patients (> 60 years) undergoing knee surgery under spinal anesthesia,Preoperative ASA grade II-III; BMI 18-26kg/m 2; There is no gender limitation; Informed consent of the patient, can cooperate with the implementation of the process.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative cardiopulmonary insufficiency; Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; Severe arrhythmias (such as ventricular fibrillation, atrial fibrillation, frequent ventricular premature, frequent atrial premature, etc.) and heart failure; Contraindications of intraspinal anesthesia; Treating patients with anticoagulant drugs; Patients who could not meet the needs of anesthesia after spinal anesthesia were transferred to general anesthesia.
