Interventions

teriparatide group:On the basis of local treatment (same as the control group), subcutaneous injection of teriparatide (20 ug/day) was used for 2 months

control group:Local treatment, including excision of lesions, local washing, chlorhexidine mouthwash, antibiotic treatment Oral antibiotic treatment for 1 week

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged older than 18 years who have osteoradionecrosis of the jaws and match the diagnostic criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have previously used antiresorptive drugs(such as bisphosphonates); hypercalcemia; hyperparathyroidism; severe renal impairment; pregnancy.
