Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 65-80 years; 2. ASA grade II-IV; 3. Patients receiving coronary artery bypass surgery under elective general anesthesia; 4. Agree and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pre-existing psychological and/or mental illness; 2. Suffering from Parkinson's disease; History of epilepsy; 3. Previous history of craniocerebral surgery; 4. Cerebrovascular diseases; 5. Severe hepatic insufficiency, acute kidney injury or renal insufficiency (eGFR < 30 ml/min/1.73m2); 6. Hearing impairment, vision or speech impairment, which prevents communication; 7. Conditions that are not suitable for MRI examination (such as claustrophobia); 8. Patients with contraindications of gadolinium contrast agent; 9. Reluctance to complete repeated MRI and neuropsychological tests (NPT).
