Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Do not have any diseases affecting neuropsychological examination, such as aphasia, dominant hemiplegia, severe hearing, and visual impairment, etc.; 2. The movement of the dominant hand is not limited, and can use pencil to draw simple graphics; 3. Able to communicate in Mandarin Chinese; 4. The patient's chief complaint or insider's report of cognitive decline within 1 year; 5. Have not received MoCA or MMSE scale assessment before; 6. Willing to provide consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have obvious mental and behavioral abnormalities or other physical diseases cannot complete the test; 2. Alcohol abuse or taking drugs that affect cognitive function (antihistamines, antipsychotics, etc.); 3. Those who plan to undergo various types of surgery within 14 days; 4. Have a history of stroke or craniocerebral trauma within 6 months; 5. Those who have undergone general anesthesia within 6 months.
