Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female aged 18-65. 2. Meet the diagnosis of hypertension.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who do not meet the requirements for APP installation or cannot use APP for self-management. 2. Patients who can't check their own blood pressure regularly. 3. Patients with severe mental illness, malignant tumor and other serious diseases; 4. The researcher thinks it is not suitable to participate in this study.
