Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Conform to the diagnostic criteria of facial spasm; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. The patients who agreed to perform percutaneous radiofrequency thermocoagulation of the stem and breast foramen under CT guidance; 4. Conscious and able to cooperate with the researcher.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion and exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney dysfunction or autoimmune related diseases; 2. Severe cognitive impairment and language impairment; 3. People with mental illness; 4. Local infection or systemic infection at puncture site; 5. Thrombocytopenia or coagulation dysfunction; 6. Those who refuse to participate or ask to withdraw halfway.
