Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with primary glioma diagnosed by CT or MRI; 2. Aged 18-45 years; 3. No language communication barriers, good understanding ability; 4. Be aware of the disease; 5. Informed consent to the purpose and method of this study and voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People with a history of mental illness or existing mental disorder; 2. Patients who are too ill to participate or are in a terminal state.
