Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Due to the needs of the study, the participants are mainly teachers, lawyers, doctors, researchers, white-collar workers and other mental workers; For the living address and workplace of the subjects, it is required that they should not be near the test site, and they seldom or almost never go to the test site; 2. The health requirements for the subjects are: no color blindness (on-site screening is required before collecting samples), no confirmed chronic non communicable diseases and other diseases, no medical advice to restrict physical exercise, healthy body, normal limb mobility, and no recent physical health abnormalities; 3. In addition, the tester also needs to meet the PAR-Q questionnaire's criteria for allowing participation in the test.
