Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Should meet the diagnostic criteria of stroke in "China Classification of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2015" and have been confirmed by brain CT or MRI; 2. Aged 40-80 years, the duration of the first stroke attack of patients = 24, able to understand and follow instructions; 4. Forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1) is lower than 93% of the expected normal value.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other muscle and bone problems, such as muscle strain and rib fracture, that affect the respiratory muscle test; 2. Respiratory diseases with clinical signs; 3. Impaired level of consciousness or cognitive impairment; 4. Have taken drugs that affect metabolism or respiratory muscle strength; 5. History of chest and abdominal surgery.
