18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis was OA in the medial compartment of the knee; 2. Refuse knee replacement (including total knee replacement and single condyle replacement); 3. Agree to PFPE operation or require non-surgical conservative treatment; 4. The preoperative/baseline, postoperative (PFPE) and 5-year follow-up X-ray images of the affected knee joint were available.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis was traumatic arthritis of the knee; 2. Complicated with inflammatory arthritis (such as rheumatoid arthritis) or lower limb valgus deformity; 3. Previous history of fracture or surgery of the ipsilateral lower limb of the affected knee; 4. Infection of skin and soft tissue around the affected knee.
