Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Diagnosis of vulvar lichen sclerosus confirmed by clinical and pathologic data; 3. Patients treated with focused ultrasound at our hospital; 4. Vulvar itching for at least 1 months before treatment with a score of 4 or higher; 5. Patients who did not receive physicotherapeutics in the last three months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Biopsy of the vulva indicating atypical vulvar hyperplasia or vulvar cancer of the vulva; 2. Patient has not had sex in the past 1 year; 3. Presence of vulvovaginal or other gynecologic trauma, acute inflammatory disease, or other acute illness.
